This posting is older than 6 months and can contain outdated information.

So am I correct to say that all of your initial issues are already
resolved?

I have not had any problems with firmware 2.0 at all. The only
difference I can see is that version 2.0 is considerably faster and
renders alpha transitions much smoother.
