We're happy to release Remote Buddy 2.6.1 and Remote Buddy Mobile 2.5.1 today, with compatibility with the latest Apple OS releases - macOS Sequoia and iOS 18.

Compatible with macOS Sequoia

Remote Buddy 2.6.1 is now compatible with macOS 15 Sequoia and includes bugfixes from which users running previous macOS releases also benefit.

Before this update a chain of errors triggered by a new behaviour (bug?) in macOS 15 Sequoia could render large parts of Remote Buddy's Preferences unreachable. We therefore advise all users to update to version 2.6.1 before upgrading to macOS 15 Sequoia.

Compatible with iOS 18

We also released an update to Remote Buddy Mobile that fixes an issue with iOS Password Manager integration as well as a crash when holding the software keyboard's space bar for a longer period of time.

Remote Buddy 2.6.1 is now available from our website and a free update to existing V2.x users. Remote Buddy Mobile 2.5.1 is now available from the App Store.
